3 Corações Tradicional

3 Corações Tradicional is a roast and ground coffee from 3corações, a company headquartered in Eusébio (CE). The brand began in 1970 as a small roastery in Santa Luzia (MG) and, in 2005, became part of the joint venture created by São Miguel Holding, of the Lima family (owner of Santa Clara coffee), and the Israeli company Strauss; the group adopted the name 3corações in 2010.

The beans come from Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Espírito Santo, are natural processed and receive a medium roast and fine grind. The manufacturer gives an intensity of 8 on a scale of 1 to 10, and the pack carries the Tradicional seal of ABIC's quality program. For brewed coffee, the brand recommends 3 to 5 heaped tablespoons per liter of hot water, not boiled.
