1. What you agree to

By using Bebidário or creating an account here, you accept these terms and the Community guidelines. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.

2. Who can use the site

• The site is about alcoholic beverages and is meant for adults 18 and over.
• Use accurate information on your account, and one account per person.
• Your password is your responsibility, as is anything done through your account.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password and let us know.

3. What you post

What you write remains yours. By posting a review, a rating or a vote, you authorize Bebidário to store, display and reproduce that content on the site and in promoting it — non-exclusively, with no set term and without payment.

You guarantee that the text is your own and doesn't copy anyone else. You can edit or delete what you've posted at any time; cached copies may take some time to disappear.

4. What's not allowed

• Insulting, threatening or discriminating against anyone.
• Advertising, spam, coupons, sales links or promoting a store.
• Copying text from the producer, critics, another site or another member.
• Making up information about a drink: ABV, vintage, awards, price.
• Creating extra accounts, coordinating votes or mass voting to push a drink up or down.
• Posting illegal content, or anything that encourages minors to drink or anyone to drive after drinking.
• Trying to take down, break into or mass-scrape the site.

5. Moderation

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules or the guidelines. Whenever possible, we explain why. Repeat violations get the account closed. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].

6. The catalog is for information only

Drink pages are researched from sources but may contain errors, and a drink changes with the vintage, the batch and reformulations. The product label always prevails over what is written here.

Nothing on the site is health advice or a recommendation to drink.

7. Third-party trademarks and images

The names, trademarks and labels mentioned belong to their owners and appear here to identify the product the page is about. The photos are official press images, credited as such. Removal requests: [email protected].

8. The site doesn't sell drinks

There is no cart, no payment and no sales intermediation on Bebidário. The price, when shown, is a market reference range.

Some drink pages may show a “Where to buy” button. The purchase, price, delivery and returns are Amazon's, under its own rules. As an Amazon Associate, Bebidário earns from qualifying purchases made through that link.

9. Availability

The site may go offline for maintenance, change its features or be shut down. We'll give notice when possible, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

You use the site at your own risk. We are not liable for purchasing or drinking decisions made based on the content, nor for what other members post.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights Brazilian law guarantees you, including those under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows which version is in effect, and significant changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the new version.

12. Governing law

Brazilian law applies, in particular the Marco Civil da Internet, the Código de Defesa do Consumidor and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados. Issues that can't be resolved by contacting us may be taken to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
