Absolut Elyx

Absolut Elyx is the top-tier vodka from Absolut, the Swedish brand owned by Pernod Ricard. It is made with winter wheat from a single estate, Råbelöf, in southern Sweden, which has grown wheat since the 15th century, and the whole process, from seed to bottle, takes place within a 24-kilometre radius of Åhus. The name comes from "lyx", Swedish for luxury.
It is distilled by hand in an old copper still from 1921 and bottled at 42.3%, with no sugar. In 2019 the bottle was redesigned by the London agency Stranger & Stranger, with more than 40% recycled glass and facets that recall the copper still. The house recommends it for martinis or over ice.
