Not-from-concentrate red grape juice from Cooperativa Vinícola Aurora, of Bento Gonçalves (RS), the largest wine cooperative in the country. Aurora was founded in 1931 and, besides its wines and sparkling wines, keeps the Aurora Integral juice line, made with grapes from the Serra Gaúcha.
The red version is made with American grapes, such as Isabel and Bordô. The label states 100% grape, with no added water, sugar or colorings: the sweetness comes only from the fruit's own sugars. The ingredient list includes a preservative (INS 202) and an antioxidant (INS 220).
The juice is pasteurized before bottling. The winery recommends serving it at about 5 °C and, once opened, keeping it in the fridge and consuming it within 5 days.
