Baden Baden Golden is an ale-style beer from Cervejaria Baden Baden, founded in 1999 in Campos do Jordão (SP) by Alberto Ferreira, Aldo Bergamasco, José Vasconcelos and Marcelo Moss. The name comes from the Baden Baden beer hall, opened in the town in 1985. The brand was bought by Schincariol in 2007, passed to Brasil Kirin and, since 2017, has belonged to the Heineken Group.
The recipe uses water, wheat malt, barley malts, cane sugar and hops, as well as natural cinnamon and red fruit flavorings. The brewery gives an ABV of 4.5% and a bitterness of 10 IBU, and recommends serving it between 3 °C and 5 °C.
