Ballena Chocolate & Caramelo is a tequila milk liqueur from Ballena, a Brazilian brand that calls itself "original cream tequila". Launched in 2024, it is one of the house's three flavors, alongside strawberry and coconut; the brand reached the market around 2022 and has Fernando Gorayeb as CEO.
The tequila is distilled in Mexico and imported in bulk; Ballena says it is the only company in Brazil authorized by the Mexican government to bring it in this way. The liqueur is made in Brazil with chocolate and caramel, is 16% alcohol and is sold in a 750 ml bottle. The house recommends serving it ice cold.
