Beluga Noble
by Beluga · Vodka · Siberia, Russia
Beluga Noble is the flagship vodka from Beluga, a brand created in 2002 by the Mariinsk distillery, in Siberia. In October 2022, the brand's international rights were sold to Noblewood Group, which in March 2023 began producing it in Montenegro. Each bottle carries a hand-applied metal beluga sturgeon.
It is made with winter wheat spirit and artesian spring water. After distillation, the vodka is filtered twice through quartz sand and three times through silver-enriched charcoal, and rests for 30 days before bottling, at 40%. The house recommends drinking it neat, accompanied by caviar.
