Cabaré Ouro is a cachaça from Engenho Dom Tápparo, of Mirassol (SP), part of the Cabaré line, created in 2015 in partnership with the singer Leonardo and named after the music project he recorded with Eduardo Costa. The engenho began in 1978, when José Tápparo started producing aguardente, and launched its first own cachaça in 1996.

The drink is stored for six months in oak barrels before being bottled in 700 ml. Dom Tápparo keeps about 3 million liters of cachaça in European and American oak barrels and in native woods such as amburana and jequitibá, and recommends Cabaré Ouro for drinking neat or in cocktails.
