Aquarela is the rosé moscatel sparkling wine from Casa Perini, a winery founded in 1929 in the Vale Trentino, in Farroupilha, in Brazil's Serra Gaúcha. The house sells it in its moscatel line, alongside the white Casa Perini Moscatel, in a 750 ml bottle.

It is made from three grapes of the moscato family: Moscato Branco, Moscato Giallo and Moscato de Hamburgo, hand-picked from Y-trellised vineyards. Whole bunches go straight to the press, the must is chilled, and the second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method, with about 25 days of fermentation.

It ends at 7.5% alcohol with 82 g/L of residual sugar. The winery suggests serving it with fruit or jam canapés and with custard desserts and fruit tarts.
