Casa Perini Moscatel is the moscatel sparkling wine from Casa Perini, a winery in the Vale Trentino, in Farroupilha (RS). The family began making wine in 1929, with João Perini, the son of Italian immigrants, and the company was founded in 1970 by his son, Benildo Perini.

It is made solely from the Moscato grape, hand-picked from Y-trellised vineyards. The whole bunches go straight to the press and the must is chilled and filtered; the bubbles form during the first and only fermentation, of about 25 days, which is stopped by chilling to retain sugar.

The result has 7.5% alcohol and 75 g/L of residual sugar. The house suggests pork with fruit jellies, caramelized vegetables and panettone.
