Cono Sur Bicicleta Reserva Sauvignon Blanc is the Sauvignon Blanc white from the Bicicleta line of Viña Cono Sur, a Chilean winery created in 1993 by the Concha y Toro group. The line appeared in 2012 as a tribute to the workers who get around the vineyards by bicycle, and the current label carries the motto "Follow your Road".
It is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Chilean vineyards on low-fertility alluvial soil, with cold nights and morning fog. In the 2020 vintage, the harvest was half by machine and half by hand, between February and March; the wine was made at Cono Sur's winery in Chimbarongo and aged for 6 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks. The winery suggests serving it with fish, seafood, salads, white meats and cheeses.
