13.9% ABVArgentina

Cordero con Piel de Lobo Cabernet Sauvignon is the Cabernet of the Cordero con Piel de Lobo line, from Mosquita Muerta Wines, of Mendoza, Argentina, the same line as the Malbec. The house farms four estates in the province, and the line's name, a lamb in wolf's skin, plays on the idea that not everything is what it seems.

It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and Perdriel. The grapes are hand-picked and the wine is made by the traditional method, in concrete tanks, with fermentation at 25 °C and moderate extraction. The producer describes it as a fresh, fruity red of medium structure.
