Dortmund Nostradamus

Nostradamus is an oatmeal stout from Dortmund, a craft brewery in Serra Negra, on the Circuito das Águas Paulista, brewing since 2011. It is the house's most awarded label: it won the stout category at the 2013 Mondial de la Bière and won bronze at the 2014 Festival Brasileiro da Cerveja and the 2017 Copa Cervezas de América.
It is made with roasted malts imported from France and Germany and, as the oatmeal stout style calls for, includes oats in the recipe. It is 5.5% alcohol with 20 IBU of bitterness and is sold in a 600 ml bottle. The brewery recommends it with game meats such as duck and pheasant, oysters and chocolate desserts.
