Emiliana Adobe Reserva Carmenere is the Carmenere from the Adobe line of Emiliana, a Chilean winery dedicated to organic and biodynamic farming. The company began converting its fields to organic cultivation in 1998 and, in 2001, was the first winery in Chile to obtain ISO 14001 environmental certification. Adobe is the house's organic Reserva line and received a new label, featuring a rooster, in 2026.
The 2023 vintage comes from the D.O. Valle de Colchagua, from alluvial soils with a silty loam texture, and contains 89% Carmenere.
