Esteban Martín Garnacha Syrah is the young red in the Esteban Martín range from Bodegas Esteban Martín, of Alfamén (Zaragoza), in the D.O.P. Cariñena, Spain. The family went into business in 1964, with a poultry farm, and in 1985 bought its first 150 hectares of vineyards in Cariñena; today it farms about 400 hectares, with three generations in the company.
On the house's website, the wine appears as Esteban Martín Joven. It is a blend of Garnacha and Syrah from vineyards 20 to 65 years old, at 600 to 800 meters above sea level, on gravel soil (cascajo).
