Freixenet Carta Nevada Demi-Sec is the medium-sweet version of the Carta Nevada cava from Freixenet, a house founded in 1914 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Catalonia, by Pedro Ferrer Bosch and Dolores Sala Vivé. Launched in 1941, Carta Nevada was the company's great sales success; since 2018 the German group Henkell has been its majority shareholder. In Brazil, the bottle carries the words 'Medium Dry' on the neck.

It is a blend in equal parts of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the native grapes of Penedès, under the D.O. Cava.

It follows the traditional method, with second fermentation in bottle and nine months of aging; the medium-sweet version receives a dosage of 38 g/L of sugar. Freixenet recommends serving it at 6 °C to 8 °C.
