Gordon's Sicilian Lemon

Gordon's Sicilian Lemon

by Gordon's · Gin · Fife (Scotland), United Kingdom

Gordon's Sicilian Lemon is a flavored gin from Gordon's, a brand created in London by Alexander Gordon in 1769 and now owned by Diageo, produced at the Cameron Bridge distillery, in Fife, Scotland. The house had already made a lemon gin between 1931 and 1988; the current version, inspired by the 1931 recipe, arrived in the United Kingdom in February 2020.

It starts from triple-distilled Gordon's gin, with juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, liquorice, orris root and orange and lemon peel, and receives only natural flavors, with Sicilian lemon. It is bottled at 37.5%, in a 700 ml bottle. The house serves it in a glass with ice, 50 ml of gin and 150 ml of tonic water, with a slice of lemon.
