Grey Goose L'Orange
by Grey Goose · Vodka · Cognac, France
Grey Goose L'Orange is the orange-flavored vodka from Grey Goose, a French brand created in 1997 by Sidney Frank with cellar master François Thibault, who came from cognac, and sold to Bacardi in 2004. Like the brand's original vodka, it is produced in the Cognac region of France.
It starts from Grey Goose vodka, made from French soft winter wheat distilled only once and limestone-filtered spring water from the brand's own well in Gensac. It receives essential oils from fresh oranges, the equivalent of more than 900 g of fruit per liter, with no added sugar, and is bottled at 40%. The house suggests the Screwdriver.
