Guinness Draft is an Irish stout from the Guinness brewery in Dublin. The brand was born at St James's Gate, where Arthur Guinness signed a 9,000-year lease on 31 December 1759. Draft, however, was only produced for the first time in 1959, to mark the 200th anniversary of that lease.

The recipe uses water, malted barley, barley, roasted barley, hops and yeast, and nitrogen also appears in the ingredient list. The ABV is 4.2%. At the bar, the brand calls for a two-part pour: fill the glass tilted at 45 degrees to three quarters, wait for the head to settle and top up to the brim.
