Hendrick's is a Scottish gin launched in 1999 by William Grant & Sons and produced at the Girvan distillery in Scotland. The recipe was created by Lesley Gracie, who worked in the company's new product development and was given the task of creating a premium gin; she became the brand's master distiller.

The gin combines spirits from two old stills: an 1860 Bennett pot still and a 1948 Carter-Head, which works by vapor infusion. There are eleven botanicals, among them juniper, caraway, coriander, elderflower, chamomile, yarrow, cubeb and orris root; it then receives essences of cucumber and Bulgarian rose. The brand suggests serving it with tonic water and ice, with cucumber instead of lime.
