The company was founded in 1997 as Bebidas Grassi, making wines and cachaças, and became known for the energy drink in a PET bottle launched in 2009. The Intencion brand, which includes gin and vodka, reached the shelves in 2023 and has already appeared at the top of gin sales in the country in a Scanntech survey.
