Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The distillery was registered by the US government in 1866 by Jasper "Jack" Daniel, who in 1907 handed the business to his nephew Lem Motlow.

With state prohibition, production left Lynchburg and only returned in 1938. Today the brand belongs to Brown-Forman.

The recipe is 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, with water from an iron-free cave spring, and follows the sour mash method. After distillation, the whiskey drips through about 3 meters of sugar maple charcoal, a step known as the Lincoln County Process, and matures in new American white oak barrels charred on the inside.
