Johnnie Walker Blue Label is a blended Scotch whisky from Johnnie Walker, a house founded in 1820 in John Walker's grocery store in Kilmarnock, Scotland, and now owned by Diageo. It appeared in 1992 under the name Johnnie Walker Oldest and began to use the blue label, with its current name, in 1994.

According to the producer, only one in every ten thousand casks in the house's reserves has the characteristics the recipe calls for, and it is these that go into the blend. Each bottle carries a serial number printed on the label.
