The recipe combines hand-picked juniper and other botanicals with Italian lemons and Amalfi lemon peel; the store that sells it here states that some of the lemons come from Amalfi and some from Sicily. Malfy uses vacuum distillation, at a lower temperature, and Italian water. It is 41% alcohol with an Italian oak stopper; the house suggests serving it over ice, with tonic and a slice of citrus.
