Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon is the Cabernet red from the Marques de Casa Concha line of Concha y Toro, which debuted in 1976. The name comes from the noble title granted in 1718 by King Philip V of Spain to José de Santiago Concha y Salvatierra; Don Melchor Concha y Toro, founder of the winery, was the seventh Marquis of Casa Concha.

The grapes come from Alto Maipo: from Puente Alto, at more than 650 m altitude, and from Pirque, on stony soils of alluvial origin. The blend is Cabernet Sauvignon with small proportions of Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petit Verdot. In the 2022 vintage, 60% of the wine aged in French oak barrels and 40% spent 16 months in 5,000-liter vats.
