Miolo Cuvée Brut, sold until recently as Cuvée Tradition Brut, is the standard traditional-method sparkling wine from Miolo, a winery in the Vale dos Vinhedos, in Bento Gonçalves (RS). The label carries the motto 'since 1897', the year immigrant Giuseppe Miolo arrived in the region, and the grapes come from the Vale dos Vinhedos Denomination of Origin.

It is a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). Whole bunches go into the pneumatic press, the base wine ferments in stainless steel at low temperature and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle itself, followed by at least 12 months on the lees in underground cellars, riddling in gyropalettes and disgorgement. The dosage leaves 9 g/L of sugar; Miolo recommends serving it between 6 °C and 8 °C.
