Aperitivo Rosato is the rosé aperitif from Ramazzotti, a Milan house founded in 1815 by the herbalist Ausano Ramazzotti, creator of Amaro Ramazzotti, and now part of the Pernod Ricard group. The brand launched it in 2015, the year of its bicentenary, with spring and summer cocktails in mind, such as the Rosato Tonic.
It contains hibiscus flower and orange blossom, with only natural flavors and no preservatives, according to the house, which declares 15% alcohol and 27 g of sugar per 100 ml; it is vegan and gluten-free. The bottle sold in Brazil states on the label, in Portuguese, the hibiscus and orange blossom flavor and the words 'marca italiana' (Italian brand). The Rosato Tonic recipe: 50 ml of the aperitif, 100 ml of tonic water, ice and squeezed Tahiti lime wheels, in a wine glass.
