Salton Classic Brut is the brut sparkling wine in the Classic range from Vinícola Salton, in Bento Gonçalves (RS). The company was formally established in 1910 by the sons of the Venetian immigrant Antonio Domenico Salton and has made sparkling wines since 1933; the house presents the Classic range as a gateway into the world of wine.

It is a blend of Moscato and Trebbiano from the Serra Gaúcha. The base wine goes through destemming, pneumatic pressing and fermentation; the second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks (Charmat method), followed by stabilization, expedition liqueur and filtration.

It has 11.5% alcohol and 14 g/L of sugar. Salton recommends serving it at 6 °C to 8 °C, with appetisers, fish, seafood and white meat.
