Salton Demi-Sec is the demi-sec white sparkling wine of the Salton Espumantes line from Vinícola Salton, whose label carries the words "since 1910". Its technical sheet is signed by winemaker Gregório Salton, and the grapes come from the Serra Gaúcha, in Rio Grande do Sul.

It is a blend of Chardonnay, Prosecco and Trebbiano. The base wine goes through destemming, pneumatic pressing, clarification and fermentation; the bubbles form in a second fermentation in pressure tanks (Charmat method), followed by stabilization, dosage and filtration.

It has 11.5% alcohol and 35 g/L of sugar. Salton recommends serving it between 6 °C and 8 °C, with canapés, salads and desserts.
