Santa Carolina Reservado Cabernet Sauvignon is a Chilean red wine from the Reservado line of Viña Santa Carolina. The house was founded in 1875 by Luis Pereira, and its Reserva de Familia Cabernet Sauvignon received, at the 1889 Paris Exposition Universelle, the first international recognition given to a Chilean wine. Today Santa Carolina is the main brand of the Carolina Wine Brands group, present in more than 60 countries.
It is a varietal made only with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Valle Central.
