Santa Rita 120 Cabernet Sauvignon is a Chilean red wine from the 120 Reserva Especial line of Viña Santa Rita. The winery was founded in 1880 by Domingo Fernández Concha, who planted French vines in the Maipo Valley; since 1980 it has been controlled by Grupo Claro. In the house's portfolio, 120 sits in the same group as the Medalla Real and Secret Reserve lines.

It is made only with Cabernet Sauvignon from the Valle Central, combining vineyards on silty soil at the foot of the Andes and others on silt and clay near the Coastal Range. In the technical sheet for the 2018 vintage, harvesting was by hand, in April, with a 5-day cold maceration and fermentation between 24 °C and 28 °C; afterwards, 20% of the wine spent 8 months in French oak. The winery estimates an aging potential of 3 to 5 years.
