Saliboa is a pot-still cachaça from Cachaças Seleta, a house founded in 1980 by Antônio Rodrigues in Salinas, in northern Minas Gerais, the same house as Seleta Ouro. According to the house, it is the most fragrant of its range, the one stored the longest and the one with the highest alcohol content. It won silver medals at the Concurso Vinhos e Destilados do Brasil in 2019 and 2021.

After distillation, it rests for three years in casks of yellow ipê, the tree shown on the label, which gives the spirit its yellowish colour. It is bottled at 45.5% alcohol, in 600 ml and 670 ml bottles. The house recommends serving it neat, in a tasting glass, at room temperature or chilled, or in drinks.
