The Chita is Suntory's single grain whisky, made at the Chita distillery, on the peninsula of the same name, in Aichi prefecture, Japan. The distillery was built in 1972 by Keizo Saji, the house's second master blender, to produce the grain whisky that goes into Suntory's blends. The version bottled on its own was launched in September 2015, signed by blender Shinji Fukuyo.

It is distilled mainly from corn, in multiple continuous columns, a process that allows the distillery to make three types of grain whisky. Aging combines American white oak barrels with wine casks and Spanish oak casks. It has no age statement; the current bottle carries the words Distiller's Reserve on the label.
