Theros is the gin from Salton, a Serra Gaúcha winery that also keeps a spirits line, alongside Presidente vodka and cachaça. It is a dry gin the house presents as a base for cocktails, and it now comes in a 900 ml bottle, replacing the old 1-liter one, as the label itself notes.
The base is neutral sugarcane spirit and water, with juniper berry extract and natural extracts of angelica root, cassia flowers and coriander seeds, according to Salton's spec sheet. It is bottled at 40% alcohol. The house recommends using it in mixed drinks.
