Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, known in France as Brut Carte Jaune, is the main brut champagne from Veuve Clicquot, a Reims house founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot. Barbe-Nicole Clicquot Ponsardin took over the business when she was widowed, at 27, and the yellow-label V.Clicquot P. Werlé trademark was registered on 12 February 1877.

The blend is Pinot Noir (50–55%), Chardonnay (28–33%) and Meunier (15–20%), with grapes from 50 to 60 crus and up to 45% reserve wines. Like all Champagne, it undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle and ages for about three years in the cellar; the dosage is 9 g/l. The house recommends serving it between 8 and 10 °C, with tartares, carpaccios, makis and crunchy salads.
