7 Madeiras is a cachaça from Weber Haus, the Weber family distillery founded in 1948 on Lote 48, in Ivoti, in the Serra Gaúcha. The patriarch arrived in Brazil in 1824 with the German custom of distilling potato schnapps, later replaced by sugarcane. The label won the Grand Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Brazil edition, in 2017, and gold at the same competition in 2021.

It is a blend: each portion spends 2 years in one of seven types of wood — French oak, American oak, amburana, bálsamo, canela-sassafrás, cabriúva and grápia — and the parts are then brought together. The house grows organic cane and distils in copper alembic stills, separating the heads, heart and tails. It comes in at 38%, and the house suggests drinking it neat, at room temperature.
