Amburana is a cachaça in the Madeiras Únicas (Single Woods) range from Weber Haus, the Weber family distillery in Ivoti, in the Serra Gaúcha, whose alembic was built in 1948. According to Mapa da Cachaça, it helped define the so-called Rio Grande do Sul school of amburana. The official store lists golds at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2012 and at the Brazil edition in 2015 and 2016.

It is made from organic sugarcane juice, fermented and distilled in copper alembic stills, and rests for a year in amburana barrels; Mapa da Cachaça mentions 700-liter casks with a medium toast. The label defines it as an organic stored cachaça, at 38%, in a 700 ml bottle, and the house recommends drinking it neat, at room temperature, or in a caipirinha.
