Weber Haus Canela Sassafrás is a cachaça from the Weber Haus distillery in Ivoti, in Brazil's Serra Gaúcha. The house was founded in 1948 on Lot 48 by a family whose patriarch arrived in Brazil in 1824 and who swapped potatoes for sugarcane in their stills. The bottling belongs to the brand's single-wood line.

It is distilled in copper pot stills from organically grown sugarcane and spends one year in canela-sassafrás casks, the wood that names the bottle; the label classifies it as stored cachaça. It is bottled at 38% alcohol in a 700 ml bottle. The distillery also recommends it for cocktails.
