Weber Haus Premium Black 3 Anos

Weber Haus Black is an aged cachaça from the Weber Haus distillery in Ivoti, in Brazil's Serra Gaúcha. The house was founded in 1948 on Lot 48 by a family of German origin whose patriarch arrived in Brazil in 1824 and who swapped potatoes for sugarcane in their stills. Black comes in a dark glass bottle with a numbered seal on the neck.
The cachaça is distilled in copper pot stills from organically grown sugarcane and ages for three years: two in French oak barrels and one more in bálsamo barrels. It is bottled at 40% alcohol in a 750 ml bottle.
