White Horse is a blended Scotch whisky now owned by Diageo. It was first blended in the early 1890s by Mackie & Co, the company of James Logan Mackie and his nephew Peter Mackie, linked to the Lagavulin distillery, on the island of Islay; in 1924 the firm was renamed White Horse Distillers. According to Diageo Brasil, it was one of the first Scotch whiskies to reach the country.

The blend combines malts, among them Lagavulin, with grain whiskies, and Diageo states that it has one of the highest proportions of malt among Scotch whiskies. It carries no age statement on the label. The brand recommends drinking it neat, on the rocks or in drinks.
