Wild Turkey Bourbon is the entry-level Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey, a distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky (USA), which now belongs to the Campari Group. It was created by master distiller Eddie Russell under the name Wild Turkey 81, in reference to its 81 proof, and is still widely called that; Russell's signature appears on the label.

It ages in new American white oak barrels with the cooperage's heaviest char, No. 4, nicknamed alligator char.

It is bottled at 81 proof, or 40.5% alcohol, below the 50.5% of Wild Turkey 101. The house suggests drinking it neat, over ice or in bourbon cocktails such as the Kentucky Mule.
