Gato Negro Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from Viña San Pedro, a winery founded in 1865 in the Curicó Valley by the Correa Albano brothers and now part of VSPT Wine Group. The brand's name honors the black cat that kept the house's first winemaker company while he created the wines; Gato Negro is currently sold in more than 80 countries.

The grapes come from the Valle Central. The technical sheet published by VSPT for the 750 ml bottle describes a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah, and the winemaker responsible for the brand is Ana María Silva. The producer recommends serving it between 15 and 17 °C, with red meats, lamb, duck, game birds and cheeses.
