Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon is the red from the Reserva line of Casillero del Diablo, a brand of Viña Concha y Toro, a winery founded in 1883 by Don Melchor Concha y Toro. The brand appeared in 1966 and owes its name to a legend: to keep away those who were taking the bottles stored in his private cellar, Don Melchor spread the rumour that the devil lived there.

It is made with Cabernet Sauvignon from the Valle Central, from vineyards on alluvial, stony soils and slopes with granitic subsoil, under a Mediterranean climate influenced by the Andes. The producer's technical sheets mention time in oak barrels. The producer recommends serving it between 18 and 20 °C, with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
