Casa Perini, a winery in Farroupilha, in the Serra Gaúcha, unveiled Fit Bubbles on September 29, a carbonated green tea drink with no alcohol and no sugar. The line comes in three versions, with infusions of pear, white strawberry and lychee. According to the company, the products contain no alcohol, sugar, calories, gluten or preservatives, and are vegan. Fit Bubbles is already on sale in Casa Perini's stores and on its website for R$ 68.90, reported Juliana Bevilaqua's column in Pioneiro, published by GZH.
The concept borrows the ritual of sparkling wine, with the bottle opened at the table, the glass and the toast, but swaps the contents. The winery is keen to keep the two apart: Fit Bubbles is not a dealcoholized wine, but a drink made from tea. That is why it was given its own visual identity, language and communication channels, separate from those used for the house's wines and sparkling wines, according to Money Report magazine.
Fit Bubbles was not created to replace wine or sparkling wine, but to open up a new category of beverage.Franco Perini, chairman of the board of Casa Perini, to Money Report
The stated audience is people who alternate between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks depending on the occasion, precisely the moments when a sparkling wine might be left off the table. To support the bet, Casa Perini cites figures from the consultancy IWSR: the no-alcohol analogues category is expected to grow 36% in volume between 2024 and 2029. In a survey conducted by IWSR in August 2025 across ten markets, 40% of consumers who chose non-alcoholic alternatives to wine and spirits cited the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle as the reason for their choice.
The company did not disclose how much it invested in the project or its sales forecast, Money Report noted. Casa Perini is located in the Vale Trentino and has its origins in family winemaking that began in 1929. Among the house's traditional labels are Casa Perini Brut and Casa Perini Moscatel, two sparkling wines that now share the winery's shelf with a drink that contains no grapes.
