Campari Group, owner of Aperol, Campari and Cynar, sold €777 million in the third quarter of 2026, up 3.4% organically. The figures were released on Wednesday, October 28, in Milan. It is the sixth straight quarter of organic sales growth, according to the company. Over the first nine months of the year, sales came to about €2.29 billion, up 2.9% organically; in euros, growth was just 0.4%, because of brand disposals and currency.

Aperitifs in front

The aperitifs division, which includes Aperol, Campari, Crodino, Cynar and Sarti, grew 13% in the quarter and accounted for about two-thirds of the group's growth, according to The Spirits Business. The agave division, home of Espolòn tequila, rose 6%. The whiskey and rum division fell 17%, and cognac and champagne slipped 3% in the quarter. Courvoisier cognac, bought in 2024, is being relaunched, with a global campaign that started in October and a label exclusive to China.

By region, Europe, the group's largest market, rose 3.8% over nine months and 8% in the quarter alone, led by Italy and the UK. North America, with 36% of sales, grew 1% for the year but fell 2% in the quarter. Emerging markets, which make up 11% of sales, rose 9.3% for the year and 10% in the quarter, driven by Brazil, with Aperol and Campari, and by Argentina, with Skyy vodka, according to The Spirits Business. Asia-Pacific and travel retail slipped 0.4%.

Forecast kept

Chief executive Simon Hunt kept the forecast of about 3% organic sales growth for 2026. The company expects a slight decline in the United States for the year, due to a softer second half in some categories and a high comparison base in the fourth quarter. The group received €15 million in refunds of 2025 US tariffs and reinvested part of it, according to Il Sole 24 Ore.

Bebidário's catalog includes Aperol, Campari, Cynar and Skyy Vodka.
